You are duly summoned to attend the Meeting of Churchill and Blakedown Parish Council to be held at 7.30 pm on Wednesday 17th February 2016 at Blakedown Sports Pavilion.

AGENDA

1. Chairman’s Opening Remarks.

2. Apologies for absence: To receive apologies and to approve reasons for absence.

3. Declarations of Interest: To receive any declarations of interest.

4. Community Policing: To receive the report from the Beat Officer/CSO.

The meeting will be adjourned for Public Question Time.

15. Procurement of External Auditors: Members are required to make a decision on whether or not to opt out of the new National Association of Local Councils arrangements for Parish Councils with a turnover exceeding £25,000.

e) Increase in Clerk’s Salary to SCP 21: Members are asked to approve the annual increment in the Clerk’s salary to £10.26 per hour

f) Precept: Members are asked to make a decision on the amount of Parish precept to be set for the 2016-2017 financial year. (Sample precept modelling issued with agenda)

g) British Legion Donation: Members are asked to consider if they wish to increase the amount of donation to the British Legion for this financial year and if so make a decision on the amount of the donation. £30 donation already made on collection of one Remembrance Day wreath.

Consultations 8.1 Wyre Forest District Council proposal to hold elections every four years. 8.2 Future of Acute Hospital Services in Worcestershire – Consultation on clinical model.
